Our founder and lead consultant has more than 25 years’ experience across finance, corporate governance and business transformation, with a career spanning Europe, Central Asia and the Middle East.

He has held leadership roles across diversified business groups and international organisations in construction, property, retail, hospitality, agriculture, manufacturing and technology. This breadth informs a commercial approach grounded in the realities of running a business.

Leadership at the heart of the business

As a seasoned CFO, our founder has worked closely with shareholders and business leaders to shape strategy, oversee performance and strengthen governance. His experience includes board responsibilities, establishing new businesses, restructuring leadership teams and transforming finance functions.

He has also contributed to holding-company governance models that balance effective group oversight with the accountability and autonomy of individual businesses.

Experience of complex, international change

A particular strength is leading complex transformation programmes from initial assessment and business case through to implementation and operational transition. His experience spans international shared-services programmes, ERP implementations, finance transformation and corporate reorganisations.

He brings structure to complex projects, aligning resources, managing dependencies and maintaining focus on delivery, timelines and budgets. His record includes leading a global project team across multiple countries and delivering all programme milestones on time.

His broader experience encompasses internal control and risk frameworks to meet Sarbanes-Oxley requirements within US-listed groups, acquisition due diligence, post-acquisition integration and business restructuring.

Our founder recognises that successful change depends as much on people as on systems and structures. He combines clear communication and collaborative working with firm accountability, engaging senior stakeholders, addressing concerns and helping teams understand what change means in practice.

Having led substantial international teams and developed finance leaders, he understands the capabilities organisations need to sustain improvement beyond the life of a project.
